Hi, I’m Paz Moreno, the founder of Cuerpo Umbral <3

​

I am originally from Argentina, where I completed my studies in dance and Pilates. Movement has been at the core of my path from an early age, first through artistic practice and later through a growing interest in the body as a space for awareness, expression, health and care.

I moved to Brussels to continue my professional career as a dancer, and alongside my artistic work I began exploring and training in complementary therapeutic and body-based practices that gradually opened a new professional path for me. I trained as a Doula and am currently continuing my studies as a Cyclical Therapist, deepening my understanding of women’s health and cyclical wellbeing.

Over the years, I specialized in perinatal movement and care through different techniques including Pilates, yoga and hypopressive training, and I am currently expanding my practice through the study of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

I also trained as a Holistic Therapist, studying practices such as Reiki, flower remedies, aromatherapy and other complementary approaches to healing and wellbeing. Before beginning many of these trainings, I experienced several of these practices personally, which shaped my understanding of care in a meaningful way. I am also deeply interested in symbolic languages such as astrology, tarot and numerology as tools for reflection, meaning-making and self-inquiry.

Cuerpo Umbral was born from the desire to create a space for care, health and embodied support — especially, though not exclusively, for women. A space where movement, somatic and holistic practices can accompany everyday wellbeing, reconnection and the cultivation of deeper relationships with ourselves and others. Beyond individual care, I hope to foster spaces of interconnection, shared experiences and supportive networks where care can also be collective.
